Choose from built-in or remote control models; Stainless steel case is strong, noncontaminating, and resists corrosion; Standard models feature aluminum top plate to maintain uniform temperaure and low temperature control (38°C); Remote control models feature sturdy cast iron tops; resist corrosion in hostile environments; Top plates offer 39 square inches of heating surface; 750 watts of heating power handle large loads.

This line of hot plates offers 39 square inches of heating surface and a temperature range up to 371°C (482°C for remote control units). Standard Units offer superior temperature stability of ± 3°C from 38 to 371°C. The demand-type thermostatic control responds quickly to any change in surface temperature, and the aluminum top provides excellent temperature uniformity. The units feature a cycle light that indicates when power is being supplied to the heating element. Glass vessels are recommended for use on these models. Remote Control Units are ideal for use in fume hoods and other applications in which the control must be placed outside of a hostile environment. The cast iron top provides maximum strength and improved corrosion resistance. The temperature control is housed in a separate case with five feet of power cord. A thermometer well accommodates an optional thermometer. All units come complete with 3-wire cord and plug.
