  Flokal calibrates all types of vacuum gauges covering a range from 1000 torr to 9 x 10-7 torr.

Manufacturers include: Granville-Phillips, Varian, Edwards, MKS/HPS, Leybold, Hastings, VRC, Televac, and many others.

   At Flokal we use state-of-the art calibration methods and instruments that comply with recommended practices. All calibrations are traceable to NIST. Our calibration lab complies with ISO Guide and ANSI/NCSL quality standards.

Scope of Calibration

  Gauge Types: Ionization; Cold Cathode; Spinning; Rotor; Capacitance; Manometer; Pirani; Convection Enhanced; Pirani; Thermocouple; Bourdon Tube.

Calibration Options

We offer three calibration options for your vacuum gauges:

   Bourdon Tube Gauge : Three calibration points from atmospheric pressure to the ultimate vacuum range of the gauge.

  Standard Calibration: One calibration point per decade over the range of the gauge. Available for all gauges.

  Multi-Point Calibration: Three calibration points per decade over the range of the gauge. Available for all gauges.
