MEXA-1100/1200/1300/1400FR-Fast Response Analyzers

   Offering T10-T90 response time of less than 30 ms, the MEXA-1x00FR Series provides real-time measurement of engine-combustion conditions at the engine manifold. The MEXA-1300FRI supports simultaneous measurement from four sample points, allowing analysis of exhaust gas from each cylinder of a four-cylinder engine. Each system consists of a control unit and one or more analyzer units. Installation is easy, requiring no special modifications to the engine. A touch-key panel and remote controller allow easy operation of all functions, including zero and span calibration, measure, and purge.

FEATURES

Fast response time - T₉₀ less than 30 msec. - allows true cyclic measurement of exhaust gases. Choice of analyzers - NDIR, FID, CLA, or combination - allows customization for application requirements. Analyzer design principles ensure correlation with conventional emission-measurement systems in terms of interference from water and CO₂. MEXA-1300FRI provides simultaneous measurement of CO, HC, and CO₂ from four cylinders without time delays between components. Provides key information for combustion analysis.
