MEXA-4000FT Series- FTIR  Analyzers

    Versatile, real-time gas analyzers that continuously and simultaneously measure multiple gas components in: exhaust gas from gasoline, diesel, and methanol engines - with options for CNG and LPG; process gases generated by reformers for fuel cells. Using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, MEXA-4000FT analyzers measure: gases that cannot be measured by conventional analyzers, such as NO₂, N₂O, NH₃, H₂O, HCHO, and CH₃OH; standard automotive constituents, including CO, CO₂, and NO - plus THC and O₂ with the addition of Horiba’s FMA analyzer. The system can measure both direct (raw) samples and diluted samples from a CVS. Data output every second allows real-time analysis of transient phenomen.
