MEXA-7000 Version 2 Analyzers

    Version 2 builds on the features of the original MEXA-7000, incorporating new analyzers, new sample handling techniques, and extended controller functions. Measures raw and CVS-diluted exhaust gases from all vehicle and engine types for basic R&D, model certification, quality testing, and durability. Includes up to 10 analyzers in a single,compact cabinet to measure THC, CO, CO₂, O₂, NO/NOx, HC, N₂O, SO₂, CH₄, and SF₆ over a wide dynamic range. Modular sampling and analysis components provide flexibility and expandability in system configuration. Low sample flow requirements minimize operational costs and allow testing of engines with minimal exhaust output.

FEATURES

Four new analyzers have been introduced with MEXA-7000 Version 2:

AIA-722 SF6 Mass Tracer Analyzer - used to trace exhaust volume, this analyzer allows verification of overall system accuracy under actual test conditions. Useful for verifying both CVS-based and BMD-based test systems.

CLA-725M Switchable Wet/Dry NOx Analyzer - this atmospheric, oven-type NOx analyzer can analyze wet or dry samples. Switching between wet and dry samples is a simple MCU operation. Ideal for heavy-duty engine certification since it supports both on-road and non-road regulations.  

FIA-726N Simultaneous THC/CH₄ Analyzer - designed for NMHC regulations and emissions R&D, this 19-inch rack type analyzer includes two heated FID detectors plus a non-methane cutter, providing simultaneous THC/CH₄ measurement. NMHC is calculated by the differential of THC and CH₄.

CLA-757 Simultaneous NO/NOx Analyzer - designed for exhaust treatment device development, the CLA-757 includes two heated CLD detectors for simultaneous measurement of NO and NOx. NO₂ is calculated by the differential of NO and NOx.

In addition, MEXA-7000 Version 2 includes improved SLE analyzers for super ultra low emissions measurement.
